Being blessed with his share of common-sense and a far-seeing grandpa in the shape of Pop Penny, Ginger puts his savings in certain Government bonds abd wins a nice little nest egg. So what does he do but share it out among the family.
So far so good - but even Pop Penny throws his savings instinct to the four winds when news comes that they can all enjoy a free holiday by the sea. 'And why not,' says Pop, 'why not do it in style ? We'll buy a car . . .'
