Joey Books - Swedish editions

By Robert Martin (a pseudonym of Reginald Alec Martin)

Swedish editions published by Lindqvist, Stockholm from 1959 until 1962

As far as we are aware these are the only foreign editions of Joey books which have been published.
They are pocket-sized hardbacks with colourful covers and each has four black and white illustrations inside.

The first book, Joey and the City Ghosts, has a dustwrapper design based strongly on Terry Freeman's original. The others, Joey of Jasmine Street, Joey and the Mail Robbers and Joey and the Square of Gold owe nothing to the original artwork. Neither the cover artist nor the artist of the internal illustrations is credited.

More details on these editions can be found on the Titles pages.
